1. Exchange Policy


– You can exchange your items within 7 days from the date of purchase.
– Items must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags attached.
– The original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for exchanges.
– Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value or lesser value. If the exchange is for a higher
value, the difference must be paid.
– If the desired size or color is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or choose a different item
of equal or lesser value.

2. Return Policy


– Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
– To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached, and must
not be used, washed, or altered.
– Items that are returned after 7 days or that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted.
– Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing
defect.
– The purchase receipt or order confirmation is required to process the return.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
– Personalized or customized items (such as custom prints on clothing, bags, or accessories).
– Worn or damaged items, except where defects are evident.
– Accessories such as water bottles, handbands, caps, or similar items are non-returnable unless
they are faulty.

4. Defective or Damaged Items


– If the item you purchased is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7
days of receiving the product.
– We will offer a full refund or an exchange for a similar item, including return shipping costs if the
item is found to be defective or damaged.

5. How to Return or Exchange


– To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team via email at info@addax.lk or
call 0705822362 within 7 days from the date of purchase.
– You will need to provide the proof of purchase and details about the item (size, color, reason for
return/exchange).
– Once the return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping
the item back to us.

6. Shipping Costs


– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or
incorrect.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned
items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods that are lost in transit.

7. Refund Process


– After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return policy
conditions, we will process your refund.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
– If you paid via cash on delivery, a bank transfer or store credit may be offered.
