1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Sri Lanka. If your location is not covered by our courier partners, we will notify you promptly.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Once processed, delivery will take approximately 3–5 working days depending on your location.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.
